About the Class

A world fueled by creativity is a better place to live. More joy, more connection, less stress. Anyone who has a creative practice knows the purpose + flow that comes from their work creating as only they can do.

Having a consistent creative practice has more recently been scientifically proven to:
+Reduce stress and anxiety
+Foster a sense of purpose
+Increase happiness + play
And, most importantly, it’s FUN.

Jill will lead a beginner-friendly weekly class that invites you to start your own creative at-home practice. Students will explore watercolor, collage and ink as they focus on shape, color and mark making throughout each class. Students will gain confidence and build community with this small group practice, leaving with tools and exercises to adopt into their daily life.

About the Artist

Jill Elliott, founder of The Color Kind is also a creative consultant, strategist, writer and artist curating a life around design and intentional living. In 2017, Jill restarted her daily creative practice, as a way to manage transition and stress in her life. Curious about the peace, joy, flow and happiness she found from the practice, she began to research the true benefits of creativity on the mind, body and soul. Encouraged to share her findings and invite others to start their own creative journey, she founded The Color Kind. A space to inspire others to lead a creative life and build community.
