Maurice Sendak wrote one of the most popular children's books, Where the Wild Things Are. This camp will be all about going wild with imagination! Learn how to draw wild animals in wild colors, use your whole body to paint like wild Abstract Expressionist artists, and sculpt papier-mâché monster mates and masks. We will collage an imaginary dream bedroom and keep dream journals to help use our memories and imaginations to draw original, creative and unexpected ideas from our dreams.
